Warranty
Diamond Back USA Toolbelts offers a two-year replacement warranty on our products with the original purchaser. The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship. Our tool belts are rugged and built Alaska tough. They are designed to wear but not fail. Holes will not wear through all three layers of DuPont Cordura¨ within the two years of our warranty. Our warranty does not cover tears or rips of any sort caused by saws, knives, chisels, or other such objects. If for some reason our product fails within the first two years of the date postmarked (shipping date), Diamond Back USA Toolbelts will replace the item in question with the client paying postage both to and from the Diamond Back premises.
Returns and Exchanges
Diamond back USA Toolbelts offers a 30-day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our products. Items must be postmarked for return or exchange within 30 days of the date the client receives the product. Exchanges and returns are only honored on brand new, never used items. Try on our product at home before using it in the field, keeping it clean and neat. Decide if you want to keep our product. If our product appears to not fit your needs, we will offer a full refund with the client paying the shipping both to and from the Diamond Back USA Toolbelts premises. If the client changes the order, picks the wrong size, or requests a refund, the client pays the shipping.

The Diamond Back USA Toolbelts product is to be used in a tool belt and pouch situation only. The Diamond Back product is in no way to be used as a climbing or safety harness or any other such devices. Diamond Back is not responsible for any physical harm caused by using this product. In no event shall Diamond Back USA Toolbelts be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, liability for loss of profits arising from the sale or use of any Diamond Back product.
Shipping
Our shipping is done primarily through the USPS. We charge a $5 shipping and handling fee, plus 7% of the order total. We believe this comes very close to actual shipping costs for our products.
Credit Card Orders
Diamond Back USA Toolbelts accepts VISA and Mastercard. Diamond Back USA Toolbelts is a VERY small company that often has 6 to 8 weeks of lead time to complete orders. We do accept money orders, but no personal checks. Contact us if you wish to order with a money order.
