Got it for the discount BUT..

Ended up really appreciating it! I definitely feel the lumbar support, feels "flimsy" but it genuinely helps A LOT

Nice addition

Wore my vest almost three years without the lumbar pad. Not bad without it but definitely much more comfortable with the padding installed. Also highly recommend shoulder pads.
