Holes simply will not wear through all three layers of DuPont DuPont Cordura® within the specified warranty period and our approach to stitching is pretty over the top, so we can tell you upfront that our return rate is all but non-existent. What’s not covered are tears or rips of any sort caused by saws, knives, chisels, or other such objects. But if our product fails because of something we screwed up, then Diamondback Toolbelts will repair or replace the item in question. We’ll even cover return shipping.

Understanding the significance of an investment in one of our rigs, Diamondback Toolbelts offers a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on all our gear, covering original purchase price and any applicable taxes (shipping is non-refundable). Items must be postmarked for return or exchange within 30 days of the date the client receives the product.
We stand behind our bags because they are the best in the industry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just ship it back within the return window and we will gladly provide a full refund of your purchase price. Customer covers return shipping and any additional shipping charges related to an exchange of goods. Same rules apply if you happen to pick the wrong size, color, model, etc… so choose wisely!
Your Diamondback Toolbelts product is to be used as strictly for its intended purpose, as a tool carrying/storage system for use on a jobsite or in a workshop. Our products are in no way to be used for climbing, rigging or any other applications where more specific safety equipment should be used.
Diamondback is not responsible for any physical harm caused by using this product and In no event shall Diamondback be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, liability for loss of profits arising from the sale or use of any Diamondback product. Tools and props in any imagery are used to represent the functionality of the product, and you can safely bet that none of those fancy tools or accessories you see in the pics will be included with your purchase.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
We offer a choice of shipping on most items via USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground and charges are calculated based on a combination of the weight and size of the order. Customer is responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, for which optional insurance is offered.
Diamond Back USA Toolbelts accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We process orders made through our website via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not accept money orders or personal checks. Cold hard cash is also an acceptable means of payment, but it’s on you to figure out how to get it here.
