Whether choosing a belt from our signature series or building your own tool belt system from scratch, these helpful guidelines will ensure you make the right choice. When building your own tool belt system, first choose a belt, then mix and match pouches and accessories to suit your needs. The possibilities are endless.

Step OneSelect a belt – Choose a belt that best suits your needs. To ensure proper fit, measure yourself around with a tape wearing summer clothes. Measure where you are going to wear your belt. Back belts ride a little higher. Do NOT just give us your pant size. Once you have measured, use the table to determine your size.  You will also need to select a belt width and buckle style.

Step TwoSelect the right pouches – Order the smallest and lightest bags that have enough room. Count your tools and fasteners, and then browse our selections to pick pouches with enough compartments for you. See the video below to determine if you need standard or XL pouches. Remember, all pouches and accessories are interchangeable, so if you multi-task, you can develop a belt system consisting of a variety of items.

Step Three – Choose colors – All of our products come in either red, blue, black, and ranger green with black webbing.

Step Four – Select any Hammer or Flat Bar Holsters that you want to include.

Step Five – Select any Suspenders or other Accessories.
