Whether choosing a belt from our signature series or building your own tool belt system from scratch, these helpful guidelines will ensure you make the right choice. When building your own tool belt system, first choose a belt, then mix and match pouches and accessories to suit your needs. The possibilities are endless.

Step OneSelect a belt – Choose a belt that best suits your needs. To ensure proper fit, measure yourself around with a tape wearing summer clothes. Measure where you are going to wear your belt. Back belts ride a little higher. Do NOT just give us your pant size. Once you have measured, use the table to determine your size.

Step TwoSelect the right pouches – Order the smallest and lightest bags that have enough room. Count your tools and fasteners, and then browse our selections to pick pouches with enough compartments for you. See the picture below to determine if you need medium or large pouches. Remember, all pouches and accessories are interchangeable, so if you multi-task, you can develop a belt system consisting of a variety of items.

Step Three – Choose colors – All of our products come in either red, blue, black, ranger green, or ACU camouflage with black webbing. Red and blue has a 3% up-charge due to material cost.

Step Four – Choose dominant side – This is simple. Are you right or left handed?

Medium or Large Pouch Size?

There is no hard rule regarding whether you should choose medium or large pouches. Some professionals want more space regardless of their height, while others desire a less obtrusive overall fit. On average, large pouches are 1-inch longer and wider than medium pouches. The choice is yours.
