Customer Reviews
I’m a small according to their sizing chart (32 at the belly button) so I ordered a small size belt and it is WAY too small. Shipping to Canada totaled to be about $100 dollars so I asked support if I can get a return with some help with the shipping cost, because it was not my fault for ordering what was suppose to be my correct size.
Support gave me a generic “start a return” answer with no additional comment on my concern with the cost of shipping. I replied mentioning it again with no response for a couple weeks now. Made another attempt to contact support and it has been another week with no response.
After looking online I saw other mentions of other people having issues with the S/XS sizing and they said it is way too small as well. Not very impressed!
It’s a nice tool belt, I like it a lot. I can bet this one will last longer than the cheap ones I’ve bought in the past.
