Although The Bossman can be worn on any belt, the Tri-fold Hook and Loop attachment insures that once your Bossman is secured to your Diamondback™ belt it will not slide out of place. A reinforced nylon webbing Hammer Loop will not scratch or damage finished surfaces on install or punch out.

Excellent well thought out minimalistic pouch. The super fabric works great when I’m running my full rig for holding strips of nails or chisels. But can also be used when running light for carrying a hammer and torpedo level and ruler. I expected the hammer would slap me in leg a fair bit but I was pleasantly surprised that it doesn’t swing around a whole lot
I got the bossman because I prefer a normal hammer loop over the hammer holster, it works awesome on my right side and is large enough to carry my snips and needle nose pliers In the compartment. The side of the bossman has an accessory slot to attach a sax bag if I’m needing to carry more fasteners or it’s a perfect spot to hang an impact driver or tape measure. With my 701 vest I have two 722 slingshot pouches for fasteners. It’s a great setup and in my opinion pairs perfect with the 701 vest system because it keeps the weight distributed more evenly than just two large pouches on your left and right side, I would never go back to a normal belt after using the 701 vest!
I purchased the Bossman to use as drill holster it fits the Dewalt 8v gyro screwdriver perfect. I was able to add a magnet to the hammer loop for a small hammer to keep it in place.
I needed something nearly indestructible and not too large, and I got it! Good product!
