As a man I really struggled to find the right kind of tool belt that would work for my short torso. I do like the belt, the latch is great and quick on and off, every now and then I have to readjust because the belt will slowly get bigger. And the metal adjustment can sometimes be in the wrong place causing pain if bending over, but again it can be fixed with a adjustment. I would buy it again if I needed to buy another belt
