Smaller belt than i thought but still gonna work i think

Hi, I have purchased the ArtisanX toolbelt last year. I am literally very disappointed with my purchase, I have spend more than 600 CAD on it and it not even worth a penny. Firstly, the Hammer Holster X, Every single day i have to put the strap to the buckle again and again very FRUSTRATING, and yes i do it properly but still comes off. Apart from that, the pencil holder from both pouches are about to get teared, just after 9 months( I never hanged anything with them) and after that, I have nowhere to put my pencils in and that whole toolbelt will be completely useless for me, because I am carpenter and can't work without pencils. I would never suggest anybody to buy this, GO FOR BADGER OR AKRIBIS, YOU WOULD REGRET FOR SURE AFTER BUYING THIS!

These toolbags look promising. Tons of organization and low profile. Switching from my Occidental’s. I’m excited to break them in a little bit so they’re not quite as stiff. However, my order took 2 weeks to get to me. You’d think you spend almost 500 dollars on a tool belt and you’d at least get UPS to deliver them or some kind of expedited shipping. Looking forward to using them though.

To preface I’ve been an architectural sheet metal worker for almost 20 years and I’ve been using Occidental pouches for probably 11-12 years. These are a very nice set of bags but my biggest complaint is that the pockets are very narrow. It’s a good and bad thing. I no longer have to turn sideways to get through narrow places but any more than the basics in the main pockets and they feel a little overcrowded. Even a tape measure in one of the top hip pouches was really hard to get in and out so I ended up clipping it to an outside loop. The amount of smaller tool/bit organization you could do is nice because there are plenty of slots within each pouch. I like the idea of having a bunch of little slots and pockets for stuff but realistically you’ll probably never use half of them. I don’t feel like there’s very much room for fasteners either unless you’re just going to dump them into a main pouch but you’d probably have a tough time getting to them. I bought a couple of the “sax” pouches that you can attach which works ok. I also got the suspenders but I wear a safety harness on most jobs I work and it is a little tough attaching my life line to the D ring behind the padding of the suspenders. That said, they are lightweight and comfortable to wear all day long. They distribute the weight very well.

Very well made. I've only had it for 2 days but so far, so good. I'm carrying the exact same tools as my previous bag and for some reason it doesn't feel as heavy now. The lumbar piece for your back is a game changer
