The vest takes some time to set up, a bit of trial and error. But it's way more comfortable than any belt, or work pants with the stitched in pouches. It's fast and easy to take on and off, there is no comparison with a belt and suspenders. My boss had his for 2 years and convinced 2 of us to buy it recently. Nothing but good things to say.

I did deal with some shoulder chaffing when working overhead the first 2-3 days, but that's normal for anything, takes some breaking in. No longer a problem. The bit indexes on the bags are rather tight, but they're gradually loosening and I'm starting to use them more and more. The magnetic clip pocket is awesome, I'll probably get the magnet only version to have a second, I barely use the pocket itself.

I should have dialed in the height the vest sits at with the shoulder straps before putting the shoulder pads on, because it's a slight pain afterwards.
The pouches sat a little too far back at first, there's an optional belt loop that you can simply bypass to wear them a little more forward.
I like the hammer holster. Some don't. It helps to double back on the strap, like a motorcycle helmet to prevent it from slipping loose.
Loving the mini nikko pouch, holds all of the essentials, the flux is good but I wish it had a couple more internal tool slots to balance the weight left/right a bit better, as the hammer holster already attaches to the heavier mini nikko full of tools. Would be a nice option to balance the tools out more evenly when not loading the flux with as much material/fasteners. Can still do that but the tools just flop around.
I'm 6'1, 190lbs and got the M/L which fits perfect with a T-shirt, or 2 hoodies. Haven't tried the winter coat yet, might max it out, hopefully it fits.

Very much so more organized with everything easier to reach. Love my new vest

I have been on a kick for a while about bags. I tried the vest to see and what a difference in the load distribution. Going up ladders with multiple power tools is a breeze . Already recommending to fellow electricians
