Great fit for fat max tape. Nice addition to your vest system. Besides tape hold it holds a marking tool and bits comfortably.

I absolutely love my Gk1 pouch. If you’re looking for a tape holder I highly recommend this one because you can use it for a lot more then just a tape yet it’s still small and compact. Great addition to my diamondback tool belt!

So far i am happy with how well my chalkbox fits in without falling out plus i can hook my tape measure on with ease.

Perfect for chalk line

This will likely be the only Diamondback item that doesn’t receive a 5 star review from me as everything they make is top notch and the quality on this item is no different. The only reason the GK1 pouch loses a star is in its utility. As others have mentioned, the main pouch isn’t big enough for most 25’+ tape measures. It works well with a small amount of fasteners but for the price, I prefer the DB Sax for fasteners. The main pouch is a little too wide and shallow for most tools other than a tape measure, it could work if the pouch had a way to tighten up like a synch at the top. Finally, because there is a logo on one side and an attachment strap on the other, the pouch kinda limits you to be used on your right hand side to fully maximize all the storage available and I prefer other pouches / accessories on my right hand side. Other than that, the build quality is great and I could see certain applications where it works just right for your needs. For me it works best as another organizational compartment on my tool bag that can be pulled out and used when needed.
