What do you find most enjoyable about working in the trades? 

I love teaching carpentry skills and concepts. Also, it allows me to be creative on a daily basis.

What do think is the biggest misconception about working in the trades? 

The biggest misconception is that it’s a “lesser than” career. As the impact of trade worker shortages are starting to be felt, It’s time to bring valuing the trades as a respected craft and career back into the fold.

What attracted you to Diamondback? 

The idea of ergonomic design and the teams constant desire to make the best products for trades people. 

What is your favorite DB product and why? 

701 Vest! As much as I love the idea of a belt and bags, my ability to wear the vest loaded down for 9 - 10 hours without fatigue is incredible. I could never get that from my belt and bags. 

Favorite comfort food?
