This extremely compact pouch is designed for the individual who only needs carry the bare essentials. The single pocket is reinforced with abrasion and slash resistant SuperFabric so even the sharpest of tools won't penetrate The Bossman. Although The Bossman can be worn on any belt, the Tri-fold Hook and Loop attachment insures that once your Bossman is secured to your Diamondback™ belt it will not slide out of place. A reinforced nylon webbing Hammer Loop will not scratch or damage finished surfaces on install or punch out.

I ended up pairing it with the sole because I'm right handed and needed a small pouch on the right side.
The pouch is great for adding extra items to your setup. Quality built and works very well on my electrical setup.
Perfect fit
I purchased Diamondback belt, sack and Bossman a couple weeks ago. Bossman is perfect for my Makita pen impact drill, I love the hummer holder too.
I am very happy with all the gear, strong and comfortable. Cool design as well.
