If you like the classic Flux pouch, you will love the double-clip Flux X. We added additional tool organization to the main pouch as well as lining the back with DX9™ Tech Fabric to minimize abrasion to the leg. Utilize the HypaLock™ Grid on the front or side to store tools or add Diamondback clip-on accessories. We even added a D-ring for tape loop or tool tether!

Electricians Best Meter/Material Pouch

I’ve been running the Flux X pouch as part of my daily setup, and it’s easily one of the most versatile and reliable pouches I’ve used—especially for switching between a meter pouch and a material pouch depending on the task.

What really makes this pouch stand out is its dual-purpose design. On days where I’m troubleshooting or doing service work, it works perfectly as a meter pouch—it holds my meter securely while still leaving room for leads, a screwdriver, and a couple small hand tools. When I switch over to rough-in or trim work, it transitions just as well into a material pouch, carrying wire nuts, connectors, staples, and small parts without feeling cluttered.

The layout is extremely efficient. The main pocket has smart internal organization, so space doesn’t get wasted, and the front pouch is ideal for loose materials you need quick access to. That efficiency shows up on the job—less time digging, more time working.

One of the biggest advantages is the HypaLock modular system. It lets me clip on extra storage or accessories when needed, which makes the pouch adaptable instead of forcing me to switch setups entirely. Whether I need to carry more tools or more material that day, I can adjust on the fly.

Durability has been exactly what you’d expect from Diamondback. The DX9 fabric backing reduces wear against your leg, and the overall build holds its structure even when the pouch is loaded down. It doesn’t sag or flop around, which keeps everything consistent and predictable.

Impressed

Picked up the Flux X to pair with the Mini Niko and I’m impressed with how the whole setup feels a lot lighter and more streamlined than a full belt setup. The 701 helps take weight off the hips, and the pouches give a good amount of storage without feeling too bulky. So far it’s been a really comfortable setup and feels well balanced. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this pairing

It’s a pretty good small pouch paired with my veto pouch . It’s better than my old Klein tools pouch

Perfect tool bag

I have been using the flux x as the perfect compact tool bag. It carries everything I need and then some. I can attach other things using the hypalock system whenever I need to. It has the clips and loops for a handle so really easy to transport. Would recommend as a tool bag or tool pouch.
