If you happen to grab the wrong belt size, or want to exchange an item, we offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all our products, covering original purchase price and any applicable taxes. You return and exchange shipping is also free.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. US customers can choose between USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Charges are calculated based on a combination of the weight and size of the order.

When placing orders outside the US, customers are responsible for any additional import duties.

Shipping times are estimated at checkout • Diamondback® is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Afterpay and PayPal are accepted in our online store. Orders are processed with Authorize, a third-party payment processor.

We do not accept cash, money orders, or personal checks for online orders.

RETURNS

We now offer free return shipping for US account holders who select the store credit option. Follow instructions below to get free return shipping when you choose store credit:

  1. Submit a Return Request by logging in to your account and selecting “orders”. Click “Request a Return” and choose “Store Credit” if you would like free return shipping. NOTE: if you choose the refund option, we will return your money to your original payment method, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. You will receive a Confirmation Email with the return shipping label attached.
  3. Print your shipping label and attach to the packaging with your item inside.
  4. Send your item back using the specified shipping method. Note: You must complete a Return Request for your refund to be processed.
  5. Your account will be credited once we receive your return.

Note: If you do not see an option to return an item, that item isn’t eligible for a return.

Returns using the refund option:

  1. Submit a Return Request below (or in your account) and choose “Refund”
  2. You will receive a Confirmation Email with the instructions
  3. Send the item(s) back within 30 days of receiving the shipment with a copy of your Return Request Confirmation Email.
  4. Upon receipt, we will gladly provide a full refund (excluding original shipping cost).
  5. Note: You must complete a Return Request for your refund to be processed.

Store Credit: If you choose the store credit option, you get 30 days of free shipping right away. No need to wait for us to receive your return. Shop for additional items or exchange your original purchase without paying additional shipping.

Refund: If you choose the refund option, you will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
