Before you buy a Diamondback pouch, there’s a few things you need to know.  Diamondback pouches aren’t limited to any specific Trade. Instead, we focus on your personal work style and your work environment. So when you’re deciding which pouches you need for your belt or vest base, consider this:

      • Capacity: Do you need to carry everything or do you get by with light loads? Some of you would rather go out to the truck or van than carry an extra tool all day.
      • Mobility: Do you work in a tight enclosed environment like a Trim Carpenter? Or do you have lots of room to move around? If you’re working in tight spaces, you don’t want pouches that’ll flare out at your sides.
      • Organization: Do you like every tool to have a specific slot in your pouch or are you happy to have a few big pockets to throw everything into.
      • Dominant vs non-dominant side: Dominant side pouches are where your tools that you use most frequently go. Non-dominant side pouches are where your fasteners and less used tools go. This means most of us right-handers will have a dominant-side pouch on our right hand side.
      • Right-hand vs. left-hand. All our pouches default to right hand side pouches when you’re shopping. So if you’re left-handed, make sure and choose the left handed option.
