I clip this on the chest loop of my DB vest to hold a 6” ruler and mechanical pencil when doing trim/finish. Super handy!

Had this not been on sale (reduced by purchasing a bundle) I wouldn't have bought it. I thought it was kinda silly. But now that I have it, I have been using it to tag onto a pouch for the most used tool for the day. I haven't used it for a chisel since I am not too sure about have something so sharp jabbed into it over and over. So far I have been using it for my 9" lineman's and they fit perfect. Its not so deep that they get lost or hard to grab, and they slide in without any resistance allowing for a quick draw, and don't slide out while working. Before the purchase, I couldn't see why i would need it, but now that I have it, I can think of endless ways to allow a quick add on for writing/marking tools, or most anything 5"-10" that isn't top heavy.

I love this sheath. I usually keep some pliers in here, but it’s handy for keeping any smaller, often used tool at the ready. It’s durable, cut resistant, and lightweight.
